Nauti Nelly and Aqua Patio in Tewkesbury (River Avon).
The MV Conway Castle is the largest passenger vessel on the River Severn, licensed for
up to 200 passengers with 2 exterior and 2 interior decks, the lower of which being a comfortable
and characteristic lounge bar (scroll down for more information on the MV Conway Castle).
Alternatively you can privately hire the MV Conway Castle; we are the place to come if you have
a birthday, anniversary or wedding to celebrate, clients to entertain or just want to treat
someone special to a memorable occasion in a uniquely alternative setting.
Our 12 seater Tewkesbury boats (Nauti Nelly & Aqua Patio) offer a ferry service from Tewkesbury (Back of Avon)
to Twyning (The Fleet Inn) via Croft Farm and 35 minute trips around the historic riverside town of Tewkesbury.
The MV Conway Castle was built by Philip & Son Ltd, Dartmouth
launched on 25 March 1963 with a passenger capacity of 400, she was built with the deck rails and wheelhouse salvaged from the old PS Compton Castle she started service on the River Dart with the River Dart Steamboat Co until the end of 1976
before arriving in Upton upon Severn - Severn Leisure Cruises

The MV Conway Castle is the largest passenger vessel on the
River Severn and is used for all our cruises from Upton upon Severn .
Deceptively spacious with two covered interior decks, two exterior decks
(one covered) and is now licensed for 195 passengers for comfort.
Competitively priced Cash bar/lounge on lower deck.
Regularly refurbished, the MV Conway Castle is kept in excellent condition.

Due to the vessel’s size you will get magnificent panoramic views from the 2 exterior and main interior decks and an atmosphere to suit any occasion.
There is easy access on board at Upton upon Severn, with no steps. A maximum of 3 Wheelchairs per cruise can be accommodated with pleasure, but advance notification is essential. Cruises using our Tewkesbury or Worcester moorings are
unsuitable for wheelchairs and those with walking difficulties.
We regret it is not possible for electric wheelchairs or scooters to gain access.
This year on the MV Conway Castle we will be running boat trips with live bands on board
during the Folk, Jazz & Blues Festivals.
